1. LEZEN Lighting — Our Combined Halogen and LED Bulb Range

At LEZEN Lighting in Foshan, we offer motorcycle halogen and LED replacement bulbs for wholesale and private-label projects. Our published halogen range includes H4, HS1, M5/P15D and S2/BA20D options. We also present motorcycle LED replacement formats and customization options.
We recommend starting with your local vehicle and bulb-reference list. This lets us discuss conventional replacement products alongside compatible LED upgrade options. We can review logo marking and packaging requirements, with the exact configuration and MOQ confirmed in the quotation.
We encourage you to apply the same verification process to us as to every company below: ask which operations we perform for your selected product, request the applicable quality documents and approve a representative production sample.

2. MOTOLED — Dedicated Motorcycle LED Bulb Options

MOTOLED’s public range includes motorcycle LED lighting, while its supplier-managed listings explicitly identify replacement bulbs in H4, HS1, BA20D and related formats. Its website also presents packaging design and OEM/ODM services.
We include MOTOLED for buyers comparing dedicated motorcycle LED designs. Because the broader range includes assemblies and auxiliary lights, request a catalogue limited to replacement headlight bulbs. Confirm which base or adapter is included with each ordered SKU and obtain drawings before sampling.

3. NAOEVO — Motorcycle-Specific LED Series

NAOEVO maintains a dedicated motorcycle LED bulb category and an M3MAX product page presented as an AC/DC motorcycle and bike LED bulb.
We include NAOEVO as a starting point for evaluating motorcycle-specific driver designs. Ask for the exact input range, connector arrangement and dimensions of the selected variant. An AC/DC claim for one series should not be extended to the company’s entire catalogue.
For sample approval, request a beam demonstration in the intended motorcycle headlamp and power measurements after warm-up.

4. BULBTEK — MINIMO Motorcycle LED Replacement Bulbs

We include Guangzhou Bulbtek Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. for its MINIMO LED replacement-bulb range. Its official product page explicitly describes motorcycle applications and lists BA20D, H4 and H7 variants. This gives us a specific bulb product to evaluate rather than relying on a general motorcycle-lighting category.
For a wholesale enquiry, we recommend requesting the current MINIMO datasheet, base drawings and samples for the required variant. We would confirm current availability, electrical input, steady power and installed beam performance before placing an order. We would also verify the selected model’s production arrangements and private-label terms.

5. Dongguan Jiali — BA20D and P15D LED Replacement Bulbs

Dongguan Jiali’s supplier-managed catalogue includes motorcycle LED replacement bulbs in BA20D and P15D formats. These listings give buyers a basis for enquiring about socket-specific products for scooters and motorcycles.
Ask for a labelled base drawing, high/low-beam wiring information and the input specification for the exact ordered SKU. Do not treat the voltage range of one product listing as a specification for all Jiali bulbs.
We see this candidate as most relevant when you already have a clear bulb-reference list and need matching samples.
Sources: BA20D listing; P15D listing.
6. Guangzhou HSUN — Motorcycle Bulbs Organized by Base

Guangzhou HSUN identifies itself as an automotive LED manufacturer. Its website separates motorcycle LED products into categories including BA20D, H6M/P15D and H4.
We find that structure useful for building a socket-based enquiry. However, a listed base alone does not establish that a product meets the optical requirements of the target headlamp. Request the current range, sample beam results and confirmation that the selected bulb is intended for the required headlight function.

7. Changzhou Guangyang Auto Bulb Factory — Motorcycle Halogen Replacement Bulbs

We include Changzhou Guangyang Auto Bulb Factory for its supplier-published motorcycle halogen bulb listings, including HS1 12V 35/35W and HS5 12V 35/30W products. These are identifiable replacement bulbs rather than complete headlight assemblies.
For buyers building a motorcycle halogen range, we recommend requesting the current catalogue, exact base drawings and samples for the intended application. We would check filament positioning, electrical performance, batch consistency and the production route for each selected model.
Our inclusion reflects the relevance of its published products. We recommend verifying manufacturing capability and quality records before treating it as an approved supplier.

8. Haining Guangming — Conventional Motorcycle Bulb Sourcing
Haining Guangming Lighting Bulb Co., Ltd.’s public company profile describes manufacturing and development of automotive and motorcycle bulbs. We include it as a candidate for conventional replacement-bulb enquiries.
The available company-level information is broader than a verified motorcycle headlight SKU matrix. Request the latest headlight-bulb catalogue before treating it as a confirmed source for every H4, HS1 or BA20D requirement. Compare base dimensions, rated voltage, wattage, filament configuration and packaging by model.

9. Guangzhou Ruiandsion — H4 and BA20D Motorcycle LED Bulbs

We include Guangzhou Ruiandsion Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. for its specific motorcycle LED replacement-bulb listings. Its official website has separate H4/P43t and BA20D product pages within a motorcycle headlight-bulb category, giving buyers identifiable products to compare.
For wholesale enquiries, we would request current base drawings, dimensions, high/low-beam wiring and a confirmed electrical specification for each SKU. Some published electrical details are inconsistent, so we recommend obtaining a signed datasheet and testing samples in the intended motorcycle headlamp before ordering.
The supplier advertises logo and packaging customization. We would confirm the MOQ for each service and whether mixed-base trial orders are accepted. We would also verify the selected product’s in-house processes, outsourced work, inspection records and batch traceability before approving it for repeat orders.

10. Suntur / Guangzhou AoTu — Motorcycle LED Bulbs Within a Broader Catalogue

Guangzhou AoTu’s Suntur website lists motorcycle LED bulbs described with H4, HS1, BA20D and P15D variants, alongside a wider range of automotive lighting products.
We include this option for buyers seeking several lighting categories in one sourcing enquiry. Public product listings establish a supply offering; they do not independently verify which models are manufactured in-house. Confirm the contracting company, production location and responsibility for quality control before placing an OEM order.

How We Recommend Checking Whether a Motorcycle Bulb Supplier Is Reliable
A catalogue helps us create a shortlist. Production evidence and repeatable results help us decide whether a supplier can support an ongoing business.
The following is our proposed buyer-audit framework. It is not a claim that we have audited the ten companies above, nor a claim that every test listed is performed in-house at LEZEN.
Separate OEM Business from Outsourced Production
We begin with two independent questions:
- Whose brand is being supplied? Ask for the share of customer-brand OEM/ODM work versus the supplier’s own-brand business.
- Who performs the production? Ask for the share made at the named plant, the work subcontracted to other plants, and the share purchased as finished bulbs.
A factory can manufacture mostly for other brands and still control production in-house. An own-brand supplier can outsource production. We therefore do not use “OEM” as a synonym for “trader,” and we do not use “own brand” as proof of manufacturing.
We recommend asking for the last 12 months of production mix for the relevant bulb family, measured by units, with the definitions stated. A whole-company revenue percentage can hide a completely different production route for your selected bulb.
| Operating model | What it means for our assessment | Evidence we would request |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacturer using purchased components | Performs declared manufacturing/assembly operations and controls release | Process flow, equipment, work orders and inspection records |
| OEM/ODM manufacturer for customer brands | Supplies another company’s brand; may manufacture in-house | Design responsibility, controlled specification and production evidence |
| Manufacturer with outsourced processes | Contracts out identified operations | Approved subcontractors, incoming acceptance and change controls |
| Brand owner using contract factories | Controls the commercial offer; factory operations belong elsewhere | Named manufacturing site, audit access and quality agreement |
| Trader purchasing finished bulbs | Sources finished products and may inspect or repackage them | Source traceability, consistent manufacturer and release checks |
We do not reject outsourcing automatically. We look for disclosure, control and clear responsibility when a problem occurs.
Verify the Process for the Exact Bulb You Are Buying
We would ask a supplier to mark each operation as in-house, subcontracted, or purchased complete. Buying glass, filament material, LED chips or electronic components is not itself evidence that a bulb supplier lacks manufacturing capability.
For halogen bulbs, our process review would cover glass preparation, filament assembly and positioning, sealing and gas filling, base attachment, marking, testing and packing, where applicable to the design. For LED bulbs, we would cover the LED board and driver supply, soldering or board assembly, thermal components, mechanical assembly, wiring, testing and packing.
During an on-site or live video review, we recommend following one current order through the declared process. We would ask to see the work order, material lots, intermediate products, measurement records and final packing label. A showroom tour or a machine demonstration without an identifiable job does not establish the production route of your order.
Check Whether the Quality Certificate Covers the Actual Site and Activity
For an ISO 9001 or claimed IATF 16949 certificate, we recommend matching the legal entity, manufacturing address, scope, certificate identifier, issuing body and validity status. We would confirm any mismatch between the exporter, brand owner and factory.
ISO explains that it does not issue certificates itself. Its auditing guidance also distinguishes quality-management-system certification from certification of the product. We therefore do not treat an ISO certificate as proof of a bulb’s optical performance, lifetime or regulatory approval. [1]
Where IATF certification is claimed, IAOB directs users to the IATF Customer Portal for validity checking. We recommend verifying the certificate rather than relying on a logo in a catalogue. [2] We would agree project-specific requirements with the buyer rather than assume the same certification package is required for every aftermarket order.
For product approvals or laboratory reports, we separately check the named model, applicant, test scope, date and applicable variant. An approval for a halogen product cannot simply be presented as evidence for an LED replacement model.
Look for a Working Quality System Behind the Certificate
Our recommended review follows an order from incoming material to a customer complaint:
| Stage | What we would ask to see | What the evidence should explain |
|---|---|---|
| Incoming quality | Approved material specifications, supplier records and incoming inspection | How critical components are identified and accepted |
| Process control | Work instructions, checks, reaction plans and operator records | How variation is detected and contained |
| Measurement control | Equipment IDs, calibration and measurement checks | Whether the reported results can be trusted |
| Final release | Model-specific limits, lot results and release authorization | Why a shipment was accepted |
| Nonconforming product | Segregation and disposition records | How rejected material is prevented from shipping |
| Traceability | Link from carton/bulb batch to materials and production | Which other units could be affected by a failure |
| Change control | Bill-of-materials revisions and buyer approval | How component or design substitutions are controlled |
| Customer complaints | Root cause, corrective action and effectiveness review | Whether the cause was removed before the next order |
AIAG identifies APQP, Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC as automotive quality core tools. We recommend using them proportionately to the project and customer requirements, with evidence tied to the bulb being purchased. [3]
For example, we would ask for the risks identified for filament or LED positioning, the corresponding inspection and reaction plan, and the record showing what happened when a process moved outside its limit. A completed template without a link to production is weak evidence.
Compare Product Performance Under Defined Conditions
We recommend agreeing a test plan before samples are approved. The items below are suggested purchase-validation topics, not universal test limits or a claim about every supplier’s facilities.
| Product | Validation we would request | Detail we would record |
|---|---|---|
| Halogen | Base fit, filament position, power, light output and life | Rated/test voltage, fixture, sample count and acceptance criteria |
| LED | Input compatibility, start-up and stable power, thermal behaviour and beam pattern | AC/DC type, test voltage, warm-up time, ambient and installation |
| Both | Vibration and connection retention | Mounting, profile, duration, energized state and post-test checks |
| Relevant exposed components | Water/dust resistance where claimed | Exact components covered, test method and results |
| Complete application | High/low beam and installed fitment | Vehicle/headlamp reference, orientation, clearance and measured outcome |
We would compare per-bulb figures under the same conditions. If a supplier advertises a power number, we ask whether it describes start-up, steady operation or a pair of bulbs. If a bulb lights during a factory check, that demonstrates basic function at that moment; it does not by itself establish lifetime, waterproofing or a correct installed beam.
We also recommend distinguishing 100% routine checks from sampled reliability tests. Destructive or long-duration tests need a documented sampling plan, not a vague claim that every bulb receives every test.
Test Batch Consistency, Not Just a Selected Sample
We suggest three approval stages: an engineering sample, a pilot lot produced through the declared process, and random samples from a production shipment. We would keep an approved reference sample and an agreed specification for comparison.
We recommend repeating checks across separate production lots, where practical. This helps reveal whether the same chip, driver, glass, filament specification and assembly process are being maintained.
For a defect-rate claim, we would ask for the time period, number of units shipped, number of defects, product family and whether the measure is factory rejection or customer return. Those are different measurements. A low percentage without its denominator is not enough to judge reliability.
Check Delivery, Private-Label and After-Sales Control
We recommend documenting MOQ per SKU and artwork, mixed-order rules, approved labels, carton quantities, production lead time and the handling of component changes.
For after-sales terms, we would agree the evidence needed for a claim, the investigation process and the remedy. We would also ask who pays for agreed replacements or freight and how a confirmed defect is prevented in the next batch.
Before placing a large private-label order, we recommend a manageable trial with recorded installation results and a defined reorder specification. Production capacity should be supported by actual line output, yield and order loading, not only a theoretical monthly capacity figure.
The Ten Questions We Would Put in a Supplier Enquiry
- For this exact bulb model, which operations do you perform at your own plant?
- Which components, processes or finished bulbs come from outside suppliers?
- For this bulb family, what share of the last 12 months’ units was produced in-house versus purchased complete?
- Separately, what share was sold under customer brands versus your own brand?
- Can we review a live production order and its batch records?
- Which current quality-system certificates cover the manufacturing site and activity?
- Which inspections are 100%, which are sampled, and what are the acceptance limits?
- Can you provide model-specific power, beam, thermal, vibration and relevant ingress-test records?
- Can you trace one shipped lot back to critical materials and show how specification changes are approved?
- Can you show an anonymized complaint investigation and evidence that the corrective action worked?
We see a supplier’s willingness to answer these questions consistently as more useful than a broad “factory-direct” claim.
